Job summary

TalentBurst is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) in Rochester, NH for a 7-week assignment. Shift is 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, onsite with a 40-hour guarantee across 8 hours/day, 5 days/week. Starts 10/05/2026 with a 40-hour weekly base pay of $1,440 and base pay of $36/hour.

The LPN will deliver nursing care under an RN, participate in care planning, administer meds, and support discharge planning as needed. Must be a graduate of an approved LPN program and licensed in NH.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects, reports and documents objective and subjective data.
• Observes condition changes and reports to RN.
• Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders.
• Documents accurately and thoroughly and communicates with RN/physician.
• Cooperates with discharge planning and care management processes.
