Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments under the supervision of an RN and in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
• Monitors and records patient vital signs and conditions, reporting changes to the RN.
• Provides ethical, professional, and patient-centered care within scope of practice while advocating for patients.
• Maintains clinical competency through required education and training; coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Completes accurate documentation in the EMR/Point Click Care system and participates in staff meetings.
