The position is onsite with a night shift (10:30 PM - 7:00 AM). A NYS LPN license and CPR/BLS are required, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Current NYS LPN license.
• CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Administers medications and treatments under RN supervision.
• Monitors vital signs and reports changes to the RN.
• Maintains documentation in the EMR/Point Click Care system.
• Collaborates with the care team and participates in interdisciplinary care.
