Job summary

Cayuga Health in Montour Falls, NY, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Seneca View Skilled Nursing Facility team. You will contribute to patient-centered care across shifts and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

This on-site role requires graduation from a nursing program, NYS LPN license, and CPR/BLS certification. Night shift 10:30 PM–7:00 AM, with every other weekend; pay range $26.15–$37.00 hourly plus benefits and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Nursing Program.
• Current NYS LPN License.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments under supervision of an RN.
• Monitors and records patient vital signs and reports changes.
• Provides patient-centered care within scope of practice.
• Maintains accurate documentation in EMR/Point Click Care.
• Participates in unit councils, staff meetings, and teamwork.
