Centralus Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Seneca View Skilled Nursing Facility in Montour Falls, NY. You will provide hands-on patient care, administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires graduation from a Nursing Program, NYS LPN license and CPR/BLS certification. Evening shift 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, every other weekend, onsite with competitive pay and a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Nursing Program.
• Current NYS LPN License.
• CPR/BLS.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments under supervision of an RN.
• Monitors and records patient vital signs and reports changes.
• Provides ethical, patient-centered care within scope of practice.
• Maintains clinical competency and coordinates care with the team.
• Documents in EMR/Point Click Care and participates in team activities.
