Job summary

Cayuga Health is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Seneca View Skilled Nursing Facility in Montour Falls, NY. You will assist with assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating care under the supervision of an RN, delivering person-centered care and collaborating with the care team.

The role requires NYS LPN licensure, a nursing program background and CPR/BLS certification, with night shifts 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM and every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Nursing Program.
• Current NYS LPN License.
• CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications and treatments under RN supervision per policies.
• Monitors and records patient vital signs, reporting changes to the RN.
• Provides patient-centered care and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team.
• Documents in EMR/Point Click Care and participates in team activities.
