Ethancrossing Cleveland is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for full-time night shifts (7:00pm-7:00am) with a $5K sign-on. You will supervise staff, administer medications per physician orders, and document patient progress in a behavioral health setting.

Open to new grads, you must be 21+ and hold an active state LPN license. The role emphasizes compassionate, confidential care within a supportive team and a mission to empower recovery.

Qualificações

• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program or state licensure.
• New grads considered for the role.
• Applicants must be 21 years or older.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises MHTs, delegates tasks and monitors patients for changes in condition.
• Follows hospital policy for medication administration and transcribes/administers orders.
• Delivers nursing care, ensures goals are executed and documents patient progress.
• Interacts with patients and groups, improving communication and patient rights.
• Monitors detox protocols and communicates responses to the treatment team.
• Orients patients and families to the program while preserving confidentiality.
