Job summary
Greenfield Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our nursing team. Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem roles with 6:00 AM–6:00 PM, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, and overnight shifts available.
We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive pay, DailyPay, shift differentials, comprehensive insurance, PTO, and opportunities for career growth. Walk-in interviews are welcome as part of our supportive, nurse-led environment.
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania LPN license
- Strong clinical and communication skills

- Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes
- Supervising and supporting CNAs
