Job summary

West Village Post Acute in Greenville, SC is hiring a compassionate LPN for the night shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). You will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor residents, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

We offer competitive pay of 26–30 USD/hour with up to 3 USD/hour shift differential, 8- or 12-hour shifts, and comprehensive benefits including health coverage, PTO and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and the care team.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure resident safety.
• Promote dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper use of clinical systems.
