West Village Post Acute Greenville Skilled Nursing, LLC is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) in Greenville, SC. Shifts include weekends (Fri-Sun).

The role involves administering medications, monitoring residents, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care. Competitive pay of $26–$30/hour with up to $3/hour shift differential.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements.
• Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Respond appropriately to resident needs, concerns, and emergencies.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed.
