Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Logistics Job Trainer in the United States to develop workforce capability and ensure high safety and quality standards across production shifts.

This role focuses on hands-on operator training, standardized work, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence and compliance in a high‑volume environment. Expect a 2‑2‑3 schedule and a base pay with a 10% shift differential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in production, warehouse, or manufacturing.
• Proven success delivering training in high‑volume environments.
• Knowledge of equipment operation, automation, and safety compliance.
• Strong communication, organization, and coaching skills.
• Ability to work a 12‑hour 2‑2‑3 schedule (6pm–6am).

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on operator training and floor coaching.
• Train employees on equipment operation, material handling, safety, and quality.
• Use defined methods, standardized instructions, and approved documentation.
• Conduct cross-shift training to ensure consistency and reduce errors.
• Provide corrective retraining and reinforce SOP adherence and continuous improvement.
