Job summary

Hybrid work model with 3 days in the office; travel domestically and internationally for training; starting hourly rate is $35.65, reflecting the role's responsibilities and regional benchmarks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance experience with automated warehouse equipment.
• Experience in manufacturing with safety and quality practices.
• Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using digital systems and production software.
• English proficiency (CEFR B2–C1).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for training.
• Starting Hourly Rate $35.65.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and standardize training for LEGO Virginia’s warehouse maintenance team.
• Deliver TWI Job Instruction training and support onboarding and cross-training.
• Coach job coaches to strengthen training capability across shifts.
• Monitor training effectiveness and ensure global standards are followed.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, cranes, shuttles, and elevators.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues and escalate as needed.
• Maintain maintenance records in MMS and WMS systems.
