• At least 1 year of professional experience in a team leadership function.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and supervise teamwork with clear rules and objectives.
• Maintain regular communication with the customer and coordinate specific requirements.
• Ensure health and safety rules and procedures are followed in ID Logistics.
• Provide KPI reporting and drive continuous improvement with management.
