Job summary

Blue Buffalo - Richmond, IN is seeking a Logistics Operator to support 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 production environment. The role focuses on forklift operation, loading outbound shipments, and maintaining finished goods storage with attention to safety and quality.

Ideal candidates have forklift experience, familiarity with WMS systems (SAP/Blue Yonder), and a willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays in a food-manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year forklift experience in manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Experience in warehouse operations and WMS preferred (SAP/Blue Yonder).
• Forklift license/certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and high lift equipment within production and warehouse.
• Select, prepare, and load product for outbound shipment per customer specs.
• Store finished product and inspect outbound loads for quality.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to boost performance.
• Support training of new employees.
