Job summary

Carvana in Charlotte, NC is seeking a management level leader to oversee multiple teams within the Logistics Field Operations location. You will supervise warehouse and inventory teams, align daily operations with site goals, and mentor staff. The role is full-time and not visa eligible.

Expect heavy coordination with cross-functional teams and strict DOT compliance. Responsibilities include optimizing transportation operations, reviewing route schedules, and fostering safety, performance

Qualifications

Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.
2+ years of people leadership experience.
3+ years of logistics or supply chain experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams including CDL drivers.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day transportation operations at assigned location in coordination with site leaders.
Develop site-specific goals and ensure alignment and execution within the site.
Review and optimize daily route schedules with planning and scheduling teams.
Mentor and coach direct reports; drive performance management and succession planning.
Ensure safety standards and GEMBA walks are performed and yard is maintained.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to coordinate operations.
Coordinate inventory movement through warehouse workflow to meet business needs.
