Job summary

Carvana is seeking a management-level professional to oversee multiple teams at the Logistics Field Operation location. The role may supervise warehouse and inventory teams and is not visa sponsorship eligible.

You will oversee day-to-day transportation operations, contribute to site goals, and ensure effective execution. Strong leadership and logistics background are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• DOT compliance/regulations knowledge.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• 3+ years of logistics or supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
• Demonstrable experience leading or developing people (including CDL drivers).
• Transportation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day transportation operations needs at assigned locations.
• Develop site-specific goals and ensure alignment and execution.
• Review daily route schedules and coordinate with Planning to address issues.
• Mentor and develop direct reports and succession planning.
• Ensure workplace safety standards and GEMBA walks.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams.
• Coordinate inventory movement and shifts to meet business needs.
