Job summary

Velocity TruckingPros LLC is hiring a Local CDL-A Yard & Shuttle Driver to run short‑haul shuttles between the bakery plant and its distribution center, staying active and sleeping in your own bed each night.

Zero trainees are accepted; you must be able to operate solo from day one and complete a steady night schedule with weekend dispatch. Enjoy full corporate benefits, paid time off, and 401(k) plans after a short onboarding period.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and a current DOT Medical Card.
• No trainees allowed; requires recent OTR within specified windows.
• Must live within 50 miles of the Phoenix terminal hub (85043).

Responsibilities

• Perform short‑haul shuttle runs between bakery plant and distribution center (about 7 miles apart).
• Swap and secure trailers at both yards and handle local store deliveries if needed to protect hours.
• Operate a liftgate to unload bread trays and delivery carts.
• Work a dedicated NIGHT SHIFT with home daily schedule.
