Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc in New York is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Associate to perform receiving, put-away, replenishments, and order selection in freezer, cooler and dry areas. You will use RF scanners and forklifts, ensure accuracy, and follow PWMs for safe operations.

Responsibilities include inspecting received goods, recording data, and maintaining clean, organized warehouse space while meeting productivity targets. Prior experience and MHE certification are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Six months warehouse experience preferred.
• Certification on material handling equipment is required, or the ability to become certified.
• Able to work in freezer, cooler and dry environments.

Responsibilities

• Receive pallets and verify defined requirements.
• Enter/scan LPN, catch-weight, manufacture date, and expiration into WMS using RF.
• Record item counts and weights against bills of lading.
• Inspect products for shortages, damage, or quality issues.
• Record overages, shortages, and damages on OS&D forms.
• Monitor temperatures for refrigerated and frozen items and report deviations.
• Complete vendor compliance forms during receipt per PWMs.
• Operate MHE (forklifts/pallet jacks) safely and report issues.
