Job summary

Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital in Wenatchee, WA is hiring for a full-time night shift production position at the C Line – Old's Plant.

You will assist the supervisor and lead a crew of about 30 on the line, adjust speed, monitor cost per box, and ensure timely ticketing and quality control. The role requires knowledge of fruit grades, the ability to stand 8–10 hours, a flexible schedule including some weekends, and the capacity to train new hires while making quick, informed decisions under

• Knowledge of fruit grades/sizes, varieties, machinery and supplies.
• Able to stand for 8–10 hours minimum.
• Flexible schedule with some weekend work.
• Ability to train new hires and make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
• Detail oriented with good verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist the supervisor implement Stemilt standards on the line.
• Lead a team of about 30 employees and motivate the line.
• Adjust line speed and monitor cost per box.
• Ensure tickets are entered and monitor production quality.
• Perform other duties as needed.
