Job summary

Stemilt Growers in Washington is hiring two full-time, temporary night-shift warehouse positions at Apple Lines – Old Station. The hours are 8:30 pm–5:00 am, Monday through Friday, with May vary depending on production.

Duties include maintaining the warehouse, parking lot, and storage areas; draining and cleaning tanks, sorting tables, belts, brush beds, and fruit flumes; operating the sweeper and scrubber; emptying garbage cans; and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be safety conscious, and be able to enforce safety rules.
• Must have the ability to work with little supervision.
• Must be flexible with working schedule.
• Must have the ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs regularly.
• Must be able to work in a wet environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the warehouse, parking lot, and storage facilities clean.
• Drain and clean tanks, sorting tables, belts, brush beds, and fruit flumes.
• Operate the sweeper and scrubber in appropriate areas around the plant.
• Empty garbage cans and dumper.
• Other duties may be assigned.
