Job summary

Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital in Wenatchee, WA is hiring for a full-time night shift production position at the C Line – Old's Plant.

You will assist the supervisor and lead a crew of about 30 on the line, adjust speed, monitor cost per box, and ensure timely ticketing and quality control. The role requires knowledge of fruit grades, the ability to stand 8–10 hours, a flexible schedule including some weekends, and the capacity to train new hires while making quick, informed decisions under

• Able to stand for 8–10 hours minimum.

• Assist the supervisor implement Stemilt standards on the line.

• Perform other duties as needed.

Description

Number of openings: 1 Fulltime year round

Location: C Line – Old's Plant

Working Shift: Night Shift

Hours & Workdays: 4:00 pm – 12:30 pm, Monday - Friday; May vary depending on production.

These positions will require a pre-employment drug test .

Duties:

• Assist the supervisor implement Stemilt standards throughout the line.
• Supervisor about 30 employees
• Be a team leader and motivate the line.
• Adjust line speed.
• Monitoring cost per box.
• Ensure tickets in are cleared.
• Monitor quality of production.
• Other duties may encompass other than the duties listed.
