Job summary

Stemilt Growers is seeking team players for night-shift production roles at our Wenatchee facility. You will monitor label and denester equipment, replenish supplies, and assist packers in a fast-paced setting.

Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs, stand 8–10 hours, read English, and work with minimal supervision. The position offers a safety-focused environment and a benefits package; temporary, full-time openings available.

Qualifications

• Reading pack schedules is required.
• Must be flexible with working schedule.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work with little supervision.
• Must understand running orders, fruit sizes, grades and variety.
• Must be able to read in English.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand 8 to 10 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the label and tray denester machines, keeping them supplied.
• Clean and refill label cassettes.
• Operate an air hose to clean the tray denester machines.
• Supply packers and stampers with supplies.
• Empty cull boxes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Occasionally supply box machine operator with boxes.
• Ensure packers have supplies needed to pack product.
• Put supplies away and keep tape machines loaded.
