The role emphasizes fast-paced, high-volume cooking, teamwork, and reliable, flexible availability for nights and weekends. ServSafe certification preferred or obtainable, and physical stamina for standing and lifting is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• 3-5 years of prior cooking or line experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift 50 lbs., and handle hot items safely.
• Available for nights, weekends, and peak service hours.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain).
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during service
