Job summary

Night Shift Lovejoy Wharf at Hendler Family Brewing Co. seeks a dedicated Dishwasher to keep our taproom clean and guests safe. You will wash, sanitize, and store dishes, restock for FOH/BOH, and support daily kitchen cleanliness to help deliver exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• Able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and store all dishes, utensils, and glassware.
• Maintain a clean, organized dish area throughout the shift.
• Operate dish machines safely and report any issues.
• Restock clean plates, glassware, and utensils for FOH and BOH teams.
• Assist with basic kitchen organization and cleanliness tasks.
• Remove trash, break down boxes, and support daily cleaning routines.
• Follow all sanitation and food safety standards.
• Maintain a safe, clutter-free work environment.
• Complete assigned opening or closing cleaning duties.
