Qualifications

• Willingness to work late night shifts (potential 12 AM–3 AM).
• Food handling certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Read order tickets or listen for dishes to prepare.
• Prioritize cooking and prep to match guest timelines.
• Accommodate guests' special requests while maintaining standards.
• Prepare items using recipes, portions, and cooking standards.
• Use FIFO to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Maintain high production standards: consistency, firmness, and temperature.
• Ensure proper plate presentation, portioning, and recipe adherence.
• Operate cooking equipment to complete food orders.
• Keep station sanitized; clean floors, counters, and surfaces.
• Support teammates and communicate clearly during shifts.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and administrative procedures.
• Be prepared for weekly maintenance duties.
