Job summary

CJ Schwan's in Stilwell, Oklahoma is hiring for a full-time food manufacturing role on the 2nd shift (6 p.m. to 6 a.m.). Starting pay is $17.25 per hour, with a $1.50 shift differential for hours after 6 p.m.

This position involves unpacking materials, mixing ingredients, assembling products, and packaging finished goods. The role requires meeting quality standards, inspecting products, and reporting issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity; capable of repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
• Be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure that all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; throw out or fix products as necessary; write down waste amounts as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform duties in compliance with USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company regulations, GMPs and safety rules.
