Job summary

Reynolds Consumer Products in Concord, NC, is seeking a Lift Truck Operator Trainee for overnight operations. The role involves safely moving materials, supporting production, and maintaining inventory flow.

You will learn to operate powered industrial trucks, participate in warehouse activities, and contribute to safety and efficiency on a 7pm–7am, 12-hour night shift with a $1.00/hour differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
• Knowledge of safe material handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and stage incoming materials to ensure accurate inventory and uninterrupted production.
• Transport raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods safely and efficiently.
• Pick, prepare, and deliver production materials to support manufacturing schedules and customer requirements.
• Load and unload vendor and carrier shipments while maintaining product integrity and shipping accuracy.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by investigating and resolving routine inventory discrepancies.
