Job summary

Reynolds Consumer Products LLC in Concord, NC is seeking a Lift Truck Operator Trainee to join our Manufacturing Plant on a 12-hour night shift. This role focuses on safe material handling, inventory movement, and supporting continuous production and distribution operations.

You will work with warehouse and production teams, learn to operate powered industrial trucks, and contribute to safety, accuracy, and efficiency in our facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Experience operating powered industrial trucks.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and stage incoming materials to ensure accurate inventory and uninterrupted production.
• Transport raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods safely and efficiently throughout the facility.
• Pick, prepare, and deliver production materials to support manufacturing schedules and customer requirements.
• Load and unload vendor and carrier shipments while maintaining product integrity and shipping accuracy.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by investigating and resolving routine inventory discrepancies.
• Execute material transactions and warehouse documentation to support inventory control and traceability.
• Maintain organized storage locations that promote efficient material flow and inventory accessibility.
• Operate powered industrial vehicles and material handling equipment safely and in accordance with established procedures.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance activities on warehouse equipment to support reliable operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment through routine housekeeping activities.
• Communicate effectively with production and warehouse personnel to coordinate material movement and operational priorities.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members to promote safe and consistent warehouse practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts that enhance warehouse efficiency, safety, and service levels.
