Job summary

Reynolds Consumer Products LLC in Concord, NC is hiring a Lift Truck Operator Trainee for our manufacturing plant. The role supports warehouse operations, inventory control, and safe material movement on a 12-hour day shift from 7am to 7pm.

Responsibilities include receiving, storing, moving, and staging materials, plus helping with cycle counts and package integrity. Prior experience is preferred but training is provided to develop truck operation skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe material handling practices.
• Ability to safely operate or learn to operate powered industrial trucks.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and stage incoming materials to ensure accurate inventory and uninterrupted production.
• Transport raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods safely and efficiently throughout the facility.
• Pick, prepare, and deliver production materials to support manufacturing schedules and customer requirements.
• Load and unload vendor and carrier shipments while maintaining product integrity and shipping accuracy.
