Job summary

Reynolds Consumer Products LLC is seeking a Lift Truck Operator Trainee for our Concord, NC manufacturing plant. The role supports safe, efficient movement of materials and production flow with a strong emphasis on inventory accuracy and safety during night 12-hour shifts.

The position involves training to operate powered industrial trucks, engaging with warehouse and production teams, and contributing to continuous improvement in safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial trucks preferred.
• Knowledge of safe material handling practices.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate powered industrial trucks.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and stage incoming materials to ensure accurate inventory and uninterrupted production.
• Transport materials safely and efficiently throughout the facility.
• Pick, prepare, and deliver production materials to support schedules and customer needs.
• Load and unload vendor and carrier shipments with accuracy and care.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve routine discrepancies.
• Execute material transactions and warehouse documentation for traceability.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform basic maintenance.
