Job summary

Reynolds Consumer Products is hiring a Lift Truck Operator Trainee at our Concord, NC manufacturing plant on a 12-hour day shift (7am–7pm). You will safely move materials, support inventory accuracy, and assist with production scheduling while learning lift truck operations.

Eligible candidates typically have a high school diploma or GED and prefer experience in manufacturing or distribution plus forklift operation skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial trucks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods safely to support production and distribution.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support material flow across the facility.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment safely and follow procedures.
• Assist onboarding of new team members and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
