Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing & Packaging Technician to join our production team. In a fast-paced, regulated cleanroom, you will produce, weigh, sample, and package life sciences products while upholding safety and strict quality standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–4 years’ experience (training provided), and strong teamwork. Expect shift from Mon-Thu, 7:30 PM–6:00 AM with pay of $18.40 per hour.

We are seeking a motivated individual who is ready to learn and contribute to a mission of global importance. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Manufacturing & Packaging Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing and cleanroom environment to produce, weigh, sample, and package life sciences products (including Bioprocess Containers). This position requires a strong commitment to safety, strict adherence to quality compliance (cGMP/SOPs), and an eagerness to work collaboratively within a dynamic team.

Shifts and Pay

Mon-Thu; 7:30pm - 6:00am $ 18.40/hr

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble, and inspect products according to detailed instructions.
• Operate machinery and use various hand tools.
• Maintain accurate documentation to ensure product quality.
• Work as part of a collaborative team to meet production goals.
• Participate in our continuous improvement and Lean activities.

Working hours: 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Skills

• Experience: Two years of production experience is preferred, but not required. We will train the right person.
• Problem-Solving: Great problem-solving abilities are a plus.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills are a bonus
