Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a packaging technician for a global medical technology leader. The role involves packaging sterile and non-sterile products, operating packaging machines, and performing precision inspections in a clean room environment.

Roles include PMMA coating tasks and strict adherence to GMP. Candidates should have a High School diploma and 1–4 years of related experience, with multiple night shifts available in Indiana.

Qualifications

• Must have manufacturing work experience.
• Willingness to obtain NPI certification within 6 months (if applicable).
• Experience with precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.

Responsabilités

• Operate packaging machines to seal, label, and passivate products with high accuracy.
• Etch operations on products per blueprints and inspect containers.
• Clean masking fixtures and texture implants; perform 100% visual inspections.
• Remove PMMA overspray from articulating surfaces as required.
• Maintain accurate production and equipment records.
• Perform part inspections using precision measuring equipment as required by procedures.
• Maintain clean room environments and ensure GMP compliance.
• Use safety equipment properly and report unsafe conditions.
• Work hours: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM with various shifts.
