Ideal candidates hold an RN or LPN license in Illinois or Wisconsin, with CPR certification. Strong English communication and leadership abilities are essential for delivering high-quality aged care in a facility setting.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered RN or LPN license for IL and/or WI.
• Current CPR certificate or obtainable within two weeks.
• Knowledgeable in nursing practices and care of the aged.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans for each resident.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies.
• Directly supervise and instruct nursing staff to promote quality care.
• Maintain thorough documentation and accurate medication administration.
