Job summary

The role requires current LPN licensure in Illinois or Wisconsin, CPR certification within two weeks, and strong English communication. Prior leadership and ability to make independent decisions are essential to succeed in this setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license in Illinois and/or Wisconsin.
• Must possess a current CPR certificate or be certified within two weeks of employment.
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices and procedures.
• Knowledge in geriatric care and aging.
• Must read, write, and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
• Develop and implement a written plan of care for each customer.
