Job summary

Tarkett in Chagrin Falls, OH is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a manufacturing team, drive safety and customer satisfaction, and execute Tarkett's vision. You will coach, train, and direct associates to meet production requirements while supporting continuous improvement under World Class Manufacturing (WCM).

Responsibilities include scheduling, data collection, shift leadership, and collaboration with Engineering and Maintenance to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.
• Ability to work four 12-hour night shifts (4 on 4 off).
• Experience with ISO9001/ISO14000/ISO1800 quality frameworks.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and Visual Shop Floor Management.

Responsibilities

• Driving daily schedule attainment and effectively allocate resources.
• Defining problems, collecting qualitative and quantitative data to establish facts.
• Actively monitoring, evaluating, and reporting performance using WCM tools.
• Taking ownership of shift and performance reporting.
• Coaching and directing team members to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with Engineering and Maintenance to improve processes and equipment operation.
• Maintaining records and ensuring ISO compliance.
