Job summary

Tarkett in Chagrin Falls, OH is seeking a Production Associate for day or night shifts. Work four days on, four days off with overtime opportunities, starting at $23.01 per hour plus overtime, doubletime, and a $1.00 night shift premium.

There is a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a monthly perfect attendance bonus potential of $100–$300. You will collaborate with Take Off, Mill, and Extrusion Operators to ensure product quality and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Has the ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
• Has the ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Must be computer literate to be able to effectively input data into the Tarkett SAP systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs work as a team with other Take Off associates, Mill Operators, and Extrusion Operators.
• Assures finished product quality by visual alertness to surface defects, measuring dimensions and color check or saving samples for color checking.
• Records production counts, scrap, downtown, etc. on forms and computer as required.
• Train new employees.

Day Shift (5:45am - 6:00pm) or Night Shift (5:45pm - 6:00am)

4 days on, 4 days off with ability to work overtime
