Job summary

Vertiv is hiring a night shift Production Supervisor in Franklin Furnace, Ohio who will supervise and coach associates to achieve department and company objectives while leading the assigned production line to meet KPI targets in Safety, Quality, Production, and EHS.

The role demands strong leadership, communication skills, and experience with lean processes; candidates should be able to work overtime and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of leadership experience.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Knowledge of ISO and Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma.
• Must be available for overtime as plant needs require.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coaches teams to maximize effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.
• Monitors performance and drives improvements.
• Provides direction and resources to teams and conducts performance reviews.
• Lead production line to meet KPI targets in safety, quality and productivity.
• Schedule and conduct meetings and promote employee engagement.
