Job summary

Lilly is building a new Concord, North Carolina campus and seeks an Operations Supervisor (Filling) to support start-up of the Parenteral (PAR) area. You will lead line leaders and operators, ensure safety and quality, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.

This role involves domestic travel, a 12-hour day shift on a 2-2-3 schedule, and work authorization in the United States. Lilly offers comprehensive benefits and a bonus program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisor capacity (manager, line lead, supervisor, team lead).
• Minimum 1 year experience in operations or directly supporting a manufacturing operation (Pharma, Food, Clean-room, or other applicable).
• Minimum 1 year documented experience using computers in work environment (desktop software, MS Office, excel or similar).
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Lilly will not provide sponsorship for work authorization or visas.

Responsibilities

• Lead start-up activities for the PAR area and bring it into service.
• Train on equipment and develop technical proficiency; build an inclusive culture.
• Coach, develop and evaluate operators; lead shifts and staffing.
• Ensure sufficient trained and compliant personnel to meet production goals; maintain safety and quality.
