Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Shift Leader at our EMU store in Ypsilanti, MI to captain bakery operations day or night. You’ll lead the Cookie Crew, bake, package, coach teammates, and ensure top-notch guest experiences while upholding food safety and speed of service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer-focused environments.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery operations during your shift to ensure a great guest experience from start to finish.
• Bake, package, and prepare orders while providing exceptional guest service.
• Coach and motivate Cookie Crew members with direction and feedback.
• Prioritize tasks to keep operations running smoothly and meet guest demand.
