Insomnia Cookies Downtown Evansville store (318 Main Street) is seeking a Shift Leader to captain bakery operations day and night. You will lead the Cookie Crew, bake and package orders, and coach team members while maintaining guest satisfaction.

This role offers flexible part-time schedules, solid training, and a pathway for growth within a rapidly expanding brand that delivers warm cookies all day and late into the night.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of working experience in a customer service focused role.
• Experience with Point of Sale systems.
• Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Outgoing, friendly, patient demeanor.
• Detail-focused and results-oriented.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery operations during your shift, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from start to finish.
• Bake, package, and prepare orders while providing exceptional guest service.
• Coach and motivate Cookie Crew members with direction and feedback.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks to maintain efficient operations.
• Help maintain product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and speed of service.
• Handle cash management, register accountability, and deposits.
• Communicate important updates and partner with store leadership.
• Jump in anywhere to help the team succeed.
