Responsibilities

• Familiar with most production equipment and processes.
• Ensure products meet customer and product requirements.
• Validate materials being used.
• Adhere to quality standards and policies.
• Ensure finished product is transported/loaded correctly.
• Identify defects in incoming/outgoing products.
• Cross-train on equipment as directed by manager.
• Flexible to work various shifts and facilities.
• Work safely per company rules; report food safety issues.
