Washburn House in Worcester, MA seeks a Lead Registered Nurse for our Worcester facility on the 11pm–7am shift. The role provides direct client care, supervises medical staff, and ensures adherence to PBH guidelines within medical detox and residential programs.

On-call coverage and training oversight are included. Requires an active RN license, 3–5 years in behavioral health or detox settings, and completion of an accredited RN program; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of behavioral health or residential detoxification experience.
• Current RN license and BLS/CPR certification.
• Completion of accredited RN program; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional nursing care in medical detox and residential settings.
• Oversee medical staff and ensure PBH guidelines compliance.
• Assist with admissions/discharge and nursing documentation.
• Manage inventory and on-call coverage as needed.

Formation

High school diploma or equivalent

Completion of accredited RN program
