Responsibilities

• Lead the evening shift guiding units through manufacturing, assembly, finishing, and warehousing.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate priorities for a seamless handoff to the day shift.
• Plan scheduling and staffing to maintain throughput while upholding quality standards.
• Measure performance against KPIs in safety, quality, delivery, and cost; address variances.
• Perform quality spot checks and ensure work meets Weatherby standards.
• Maintain records and use ERP/MES for transactions and tracking.
• Keep an organized, safe, and efficient work area; assist production as needed.
• Support continuous improvement with lean tools and new equipment/process implementation.
• Ensure the facility remains safe and secure; report issues for day-shift follow-up.
