Job summary
ESFM is seeking a Lead Engineer - Liquid Cooling for the 3rd shift to oversee the operation, maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of liquid cooling infrastructure supporting critical computing environments.
The role requires technical leadership for direct-to-chip cooling systems, rear-door heat exchangers, CDUs, cooling plants, and related mechanical infrastructure, ensuring safety, energy efficiency, and compliance with customer and ESFM standards.
Qualifications
- Lead the operation and maintenance of liquid cooling systems supporting high-density computing environments.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure maximum system reliability and uptime.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to engineering and maintenance teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the operation and maintenance of liquid cooling systems.
- Coordinate planned maintenance and oversee vendor-performed service work.
- Respond to alarms and emergencies to minimize uptime and safety risks.
- Analyze system performance and drive reliability improvements.
