Job summary

ESFM is seeking a Building Engineer – Liquid Cooling for our Florence, KY site. You will operate and maintain critical liquid cooling and chilled water systems, perform preventive maintenance, and rapidly respond to alarms to ensure 24/7 mission-critical reliability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in building engineering or mechanical maintenance with liquid cooling experience, and EPA 608 certification. This role offers multiple shifts and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of Building Engineer LC experience.
• Experience with chilled water systems and liquid cooling is required.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot chilled water systems and related equipment.
• Perform rounds, monitor temps/pressures/flow, and respond to BAS/BMS alarms.
• Document maintenance and work orders; support system startups and shutdowns.
