The Toro Company is seeking a Lead CNC Maintenance Technician for night shift and weekend coverage at Ditch Witch locations. You will oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshoot CNC lathes, machining centers, presses, and welding robots, and perform other duties as needed.

Key requirements include five years in an industrial setting, formal electrical/electronic/mechanical training, and proficiency with SAP for parts and notifications.

Competenze

• 5 years' experience repairing and maintaining machine tools in an industrial setting.
• Formal electrical, electronic, and mechanical training or equivalent experience.
• Ability to perform geometric alignments on machine tools.
• Safety, productivity, attendance, and quality expectations.

Mansioni

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on manufacturing equipment.
• Listen to, observe, and operate machines to diagnose issues.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment using hand and power tools.
• Read electrical schematics and technical manuals to guide repairs.
• Service HVAC and refrigeration units on manufacturing equipment.
