Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with mechanical repair and assembly tools including wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers.
• Reading, clerical, and basic math skills are required.
• Experience in welding, machining, or metal working machinery operation would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate production equipment while monitoring performance and sequencing.
• Set up fixtures, mount parts in fixtures/components, and perform mechanical assembly using hand and air tools.
• Use a computer to check location, inventory, and routing of parts and maintain production records.
• May read information from blueprints.
