Qualifications

• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
• AHA Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (BLS) within 60 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Collect comprehensive patient data pertinent to health or situation.
• Perform age- and disease-specific assessment independently.
• Identify changes in clinical status and notify team.
• Develop a care plan with strategies and interventions.
• Communicate and implement the plan of care with the health team.
• Provide ongoing communication with patient and family.
• Administer medications using bar-scanning technology.
