vTech Solution is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specialized in Labor & Delivery to provide expert care in a fast-paced maternity setting. The RN will perform assessments, medications, care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe outcomes for mothers and newborns.

This role requires OR circulation training and experience in L&D, with strong communication and teamwork essential for success in a busy hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Louisiana.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Labor & Delivery nursing.
• OR circulation training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.
• Perform patient assessments and monitor maternal and fetal well-being.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and procedures.
• Assist with OR circulation duties as required during deliveries.
• Support patients and families through education and emotional support.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
